Dear Business Partners:
Sponsors are the lifeblood of our conference. We truly appreciate your participation. Please feel free to approach me anytime with suggestions on how the NEASS and I may assist in making our conference beneficial to your organization. The Social Program kicks off on Wednesday morning with a round of golf, and then lunch, followed Wednesday evening with the Welcome Reception. The General Session is scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
You are welcome at ALL General Sessions, meals, and social events.
Informational Items
- Please forward this information if someone else from your company is attending. We only know who is attending from the contact information provided upon registration. They will get conference logistics notifications.
- The exhibit hall is located in the Grand Ballroom.
- Tables are standard 6 foot.
- 2 chairs per table.
- Set up begins Wednesday at 3 PM, or Thursday at 7 AM.
- Breakdown of booths is Friday at 12:00 PM.
- Power strips will be provided for every three tables.
- Bring your own extension if you need more than a couple of plugs.
- Last year, tables were assigned alphabetically (A-Z), this will be in reverse order.
- Several BP expressed a desire to provide a raffle prize or greater value beyond regular business swag.
- If you so choose, raffles will be announced Thursday afternoon at about 3:30 at the General session.
- WIFI is provided by the resort with a password TBD.
- About a month prior to the conference, a list of school leaders, as well as Business Partners, registered to attend.

- Hotel rooms are available at the block rate.
As we get close to the conference Platinum and Gold sponsor should check for the time when your company representative is scheduled to address the General Session. We will do the best we can to accommodate requests.
Social event and meal Sponsors may address those gathered either as they enter the event or at a time you prefer. Just let me know when you want to speak.
A map of the table assignments will be distributed closer to the event.
